Yes! Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose any plan that fits — Basic, Advanced, Professional, Enterprise — or switch to the free Starter plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account switches to the Starter plan automatically. You keep all your data. You can upgrade anytime to unlock everything again.
Can I see locked features in the Starter plan?
Yes! Locked features like inventory, marketing, and reports are visible in your sidebar but show an upgrade prompt when clicked. This way you can see exactly what you're missing and decide when to upgrade.
How do the paid plans differ?
Basic (up to 3 users) covers scheduling, online booking, inventory, invoicing, and basic reports. Advanced (up to 7 users) adds team scheduling, marketing, loyalty, custom forms, SMS credits, and accounting. Professional (up to 15 users) unlocks attendance, website builder, Merclino Pay, branded booking, and API access. Enterprise adds unlimited users, multi-location, white-label, and a dedicated account manager.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay per user per month. A "user" is anyone who logs into Merclino — employees and admins count equally. Example: 3 employees + 1 admin = 4 billed users. Each plan supports a maximum: Starter 1, Basic 3, Advanced 7, Professional 15, Enterprise unlimited.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for European customers, and bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly and save you up to 15%.
